Booking Information:

• To reserve a slot, pay Rs.2500/person when booking the trip.
• Balance payment due 15 days before the tour starts.
• Eagle Wanderers is not responsible for roadblocks, flight cancellations, or unforeseen situations.

Cancellation Policy:

• Booking amount of Rs.2500/- Per Person is non refundable.
• 25% will be deducted if cancelled before 15 days of the tour departure.
• 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 10 days before the tour
• No refund if cancelled within 9 days of departure.
• No refund once the tour has started.
